 Meow! Look at me. I am a beautiful tortie mix Persian. I am registered and was adopted by my wonderful family from a pet store. Mom always wanted a Persian and she got her wish in July 2007. Kathryn picked me out between me and my sister. I was very scared at first, but learned to love my family. I am Kathryn’s best friend. I was born on March 1, 2007.
I was the very first kitty they adopted with long fur. They take great care of my coat and often brush me every other day. I have also gone to the Vet and gotten groomed to keep my beautiful coat clean and mat free.
Graycie and I are the best of buds. I am so glad she is part of the family. She will often clean my neck and head, two spots I just can’t reach. We love to play, sleep together, and lay together.
Mom gets mad at me sometimes because I will always rub her legs when she is getting ready or walking. She likes the attention but worries she will trip over me because of this. I love showing my affection everyday this way.
I will sometimes get into trouble because I get on the counters and table. But if Graycie is up there, why can’t I be as well?
At Christmas time I have a naughty habit of climbing up the Christmas Tree. I just love getting under there and trying to knock off ornaments. Ginger, Graycie and I will share time underneath the tree. I also love to get ornaments off the tree to play with.
I am known as the clepto cat of the family. If anything little that can be used as a toy is left around I will find it and use it as a toy. I have found some great toys including medicine cups, hair clips, and even diamond rings. Mom left her wedding ring on the counter one day and it turned out to be a great toy for me. She was a little worried about loosing it, but knew it was around the house somewhere. She did find it the next day. I managed to knock it off the counter onto the floor, taking it all the way downstairs and it ended up in a corner by a table. Another favorite thing of mine to take and play with is the little medicine cups they will use to give medicine to Kathryn. They are great for batting around the kitchen floor and make the perfect toy.
I am known for my very loud purr. Mom says I have a great motor and you can hear me purring from a distance. I love to purr for them all the time especially when I come into bed with them sometimes. I have enjoyed sleeping with them and make a great companion.
 I am not really a lap cat and don’t come to you when you call my name all the time, but I love to get attention and love to be brushed. Mom says I am very good for her when she brushes me and trims my fur.
Ginger and I are buddies and we will play together sometimes. We will chase each other around the house. She is a good playmate and doesn’t get as rough as Graycie does sometimes.
