Unfortunately, it has been over 2 years since I have updated the website as I just haven’t had a lot of time to spend on it and other things in life took priority. I really considered taking the site down as I have become much busier with work, my Creative Memories business, and I just haven’t had time to devote to it. I had to weigh the importance of it and whether I could devote my time to keeping it updated. I always told myself, I wasn’t going to keep it if I don’t update it often. In fact, this is the longest I had ever gone without updating it. I was also tired of the same old look and couldn’t keep up with updating all of the pages. After doing some thinking on what would be the best for the site, I decided I was going to rebuild it from scratch and give it a new look. Only, in order to do this I wanted to focus on the main pieces of my site and therefore some pages such as some of my Collectibles are no longer available and I do not plan on adding them back to the site.
Starting from scratch allowed me to re-evaluate which pieces I valued the most. Many of my collectibles pages, I haven’t updated in years and do not plan to add anything to my collection, therefore, I decided I wasn’t going to re-create these pages and focus on my favorite collectibles I Dream of Jeannie.
As well, I was experiencing some problems I had with my old site, with re-creating it from scratch took care of some of these issues and allowed me to do some cleaning.
Our Camping Trips and all of my Collectibles except for I Dream of Jeannie are no longer available. I do not plan on adding them back to the site. However, many things such as Our Cats, Tropical Fish Aquariums, and all of my I Dream of Jeannie Collectibles has been revamped and updated. If you noticed something missing that I had before that you liked and found useful, please feel free to email me and let me know. All comments are welcome.
Every page has been updated, however updates to the actual content have been made to the following pages:
- Our Cats with new pictures, new information, and our newest cats Sadie and Sable. Also, now I only have one flash photo album containing various pictures of our cats.
- Mr. Turtle with new pictures and celebrating his 50th Birthday.
- Fish Aquarium Tips with some new tips.
- Our Tropical Fish with my new 150 Gallon Aquarium pictures.
- Our Favorite Links with new links and removed old links that are no longer used.
- All new banners and buttons have been created to link to us.
NOTE: I Dream of Jeannie Collectibles is currently under Construction in most of the sections. Please be patient as I am working on these sections and they will be available soon with new pictures and new collectibles.
I hope you will enjoy the changes I made and although it isn’t everything I would love to see, I am happy to still have a nice site that I hope will still provide information and enjoyment to others.
